Main feature and performance:
1.Double arm double working position rotary frame, high speed running without stopping the machine while changing coil. Tension will not change with the size of materials, it can keep the machine with high speed and stable printing. Winding is equipped with beforehand drive system to ensure stable tension, convenient when change the roller.
2.The traction of unwinding and winding is double-roller type. High precision tension, pneumatic control and easy operation.
3.The pressure and angle of the drawknife could be adjusted in random, the movement in roller direction make the ink scrape have good effect. The adjustable roller can compensate the unbalanced thickness of two sides of printing material. Printing press roller can separate and joint freely with protective lock device, the pressure can be controlled in random.
4.Photoelectric overprint adopts the most advanced fully automatic overprint device in our country.
5.Tension control adopts the subsection and semi-closed control system.
